Pick a size with the same proportions
Both files have a 4:5 ratio. The PNG provides 300 pixels per inch at 8 × 10 inches, 240 at 10 × 12.5 and 150 at 16 × 20. Those are calculations from the file dimensions, not promises about a particular printer's quality.
A 5 × 7-inch frame has different proportions. Fit the complete image with a border, or make a deliberate crop in an editor. Do not stretch the cat to force it into the opening.
These are raster artworks, exported at 2400 × 3000 from smaller generated masters. Resampling supplies the stated pixel dimensions without recreating missing native detail. Inspect a small proof before choosing a large print.
Check paper and color with a small proof
